Kevin Hart Thug Laugh

scorpio weekly

Monday’s Leo New Moon in your career sector promises a new leg of your life’s journey. Don’t hesitate to make any change you’ve been planning to make, because Mercury goes retrograde next week bringing delays. Make any move you’re ready to make now, while you have the opportunity. Venus Mars and Saturn are grouped together in your 12th house of that which is hidden, indicating that it’s time for you to take a closer deeper look at your personal power quotient and start believing more fully in your power to move others. Yours is an alchemical sign. Your very presence changes everything. Not one of you would disagree with that statement. Now it’s time to walk your talk. Your new chapter doesn’t begin until you step up to the starting line.

Friends and colleagues line up to assist you in the weeks to come

Bolivianas

From the series Bolivianas, a trip to the Bolivia of Evo Morales

Bolivia is in the heart of South America, a chaos composed by infinite plateaux, salt deserts, rain forests, steppes and sweet hills; 36 indigenous ethnic groups are mixed with the population of this country rich of ancestral traditions and contemporary spurs. Those images represent a trip through the country, in this moment of popular consciousness change, without knowing how will be the future, but with the firm belief that they won’t be able to come back.

Ants

ANTS in my scanner > a five years time-lapse! from françois vautier on Vimeo.

Ants are amazing creatures. When we stop to really take a look at them, their status bumps up from pest to anything from hero to inspiration for biomimicry. So it's no wonder some people like to keep ant farms for a close-up look at how these phenomenal insects work. But one ant keeper, François Vautier, took their farm a step further. The colony was placed inside a scanner, where the next was scanned each week for five years! Check out a time lapse video of the ant farm

Iraq’s marsh village

This is Iraq’s marsh village in 1974, which Saddam Hussein drained as a punishment to the region’s Marsh Arabs who had backed an uprising. Two decades later, one courageous US Iraqi, Azzam Alwash, is leading efforts to restore them. As he punts through the war zone in a wooden boat, his biggest concerns are a missing otter, poisoned water and endangered birds. Who thinks about the environment in southern Iraq, and who is willing to risk his life to save a marsh?

- Der Spiegel: Restoring the Paradise that Saddam Destroyed

Your ruler, Pluto, is currently making very intense aspects to five planets, which are all lined up in a major opposition to each other. This basically means that relationship situations are reaching the boiling point, whether or not you know it. You may not know it, because Mars and Saturn are moving through your house of hidden agendas, and when Venus arrives here on Friday the (sub) plot will thicken. If you’re willing to allow change in, whatever that may look like (and you can’t know that until it happens), then this ride won’t be so disruptive and uncomfortable. If you are very uncomfortable, the solution has just been offered to you. Mercury is going retrograde in another week or so, and everything that supports you (emotionally in particular) will be revised during the next weeks.

Only your higher Self can carry you through
